Job description
In Application Innovation Services, the Usability Engineer (UE) performs user-interface requirements analysis, design, development, prototyping, and testing for a variety of web and portal designs. UEs will perform as experts using their strong knowledge of user-interface and web design standards and their applications. UEs will utilize their knowledge of and hands-on experience with rapid prototyping techniques, methodologies, and programming environments for internet/intranet, web design, or client/server to meet the clients' productivity and usability objectives. The UE will apply User Centered Design methods in software development efforts.

Required
* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 4 years experience in Usabitlity Engineering User Interface Design
* At least 2 years experience in Consulting Experience
* Readiness to travel up to 75%; travelling 5 days a week, home on weekends
* English: Intermediate
Preferred
* Master's Degree
* At least 5 years experience in Usabitlity Engineering User Interface Design
* At least 5 years experience in Consulting Experience
* At least 3 years experience in UI Web Development
* At least 2 years experience in UI OO with C++, JAVA, Websphere, Rational
* English : Fluent
